This year, the Chivrageon Gardens aim to deepen the connection between the vineyards and our gardens.

We have therefore organized a series of three summer events in collaboration with dedicated female winemakers: Catherine Cruchon-Griggs (June 5), Maryline Taurian (July 3), and Laura Paccot (August 22). These gatherings are designed as meetings between worlds that share a common passion for the earth, life, and fermentation. Whether expressed in a bottle or on a plate, fermentation reveals all the richness, complexity, and poetry of life.

A five-course menu will be offered, centered on our 100% plant-based, local, and seasonal cuisine, designed to complement the wines and enhanced by a food-and-wine pairing carefully crafted with the winemakers. To encourage connection, conversation, and sharing, the meal will take place at long tables on our restaurant’s terrace overlooking our gardens.

Price: 149 CHF per person, wine included, with the winemaker in attendance
