Celebrate the union of Gruyère traditions at the Fête de la Gruyère on August 14, 15 and 16 in Crans-Montana.

It's with great pleasure that the Fête de la Gruyère is renewed! Since the beginning of this wonderful adventure, which has been a huge success with each edition, the whole of Gruyère and its local produce are transported to introduce the culture of this region to visitors from Crans-Montana and the Valais.

Thursday August 14th:

- From 5.30pm: Opening of the bar and soup at Chalet Ruedi & Ralph
- Entertainment: Fabien Crausaz (Fête des Vignerons soloist) and DJ Fisch & Bouboule

Friday, August 15:

Bénichon is always in the spotlight. Whether with friends, colleagues, family or customers, immerse yourself in the authentic atmosphere of the Bénichon menu.

- From 11:30 am: Aperitif and Bénichon meal with entertainment by Fabien Crausaz and DJ Fisch & Bouboule. This takes place on Friday, August 15 at 11.30 a.m. at Rue Centrale.
- CHF 150/person, reservation only or table for 8 people.
- Places are limited, registration required
- 5pm to midnight: Raclette party, open to all

Saturday August 16th:

- From 9:00 am: Artisans' market
- From 11.00am: Fondue, Borne ham, double cream and Gruyère meringues
- From 11.00 am: Traditional entertainment, parade with bell ringers, alphorns, Armaillis, Fabien Crausaz (soloist from the Fête des Vignerons), DJ, etc.
