Grand Prix Migros (Children's slalom ski race)
NV Remontées mécaniques SA, Haute-Nendaz
One of the legs of the biggest European ski race for tomorrow's ski champions takes place in Nendaz.
The last qualifying race of the Grand Prix Migros, the biggest ski competition in Europe for children, takes place in Nendaz. For aspiring young skiers, this is the last chance to win access to the grand final which takes place in Crans-Montana. They race down two giant slalom courses with difficulties adapted to their age: the Nationale slope for the older ones, and that of the Alpage for the younger.
A GREAT FAMILY EVENT
In addition to being a competition, the Grand Prix Migros legs are an opportunity for the whole family to spend a great day in the mountains. In the Grand Prix Migros village in Nendaz, the participants can enjoy a delicious meal, free games and competitions. With the mini-race, 6-7 year olds can also enjoy the pleasure of slaloming through the gates on a course specially designed for them.
