"Organic Soul" is an exhibition by Markéta Jáchimová about human traces, references to nature and material contrasts between tradition and modernity.

"Organic Soul" is a site-specific exhibition by the Czech-born Lucerne-based visual artist Markéta Jáchimová (* 1988). The exhibition focuses on the most basic human manifestation of leaving traces, spanning from the first human handprints in caves to the current phenomena of modern humanity and its interaction with the planet. Jáchimová uses traditional techniques such as hand-sewn tapestries and handmade ceramic objects in contrast to finished products and building materials such as corrugated iron. These are linked to personal stories and associations.
The project is a crossover through off-space galleries and takes up the theme of responding to local architecture and environment.

The exhibition opening will take place on September 20, 2025 from 20:00 to 23:00 with an aperitif.
