At the foundation show on the market square in Lenk, local farmers and breeders present around 300 animals.

Expert judges assess the animals, while the most beautiful ring animals are showcased and various awards are presented. A special highlight is the beauty contests as well as the awarding of the "Beautiful Udder Cows".

Traditional parades with festively decorated animals provide additional ambiance. Visitors receive an exciting insight into Simmental cattle breeding and experience living customs up close.

8.00 a.m. Arrival of the approximately 300 animals at the market square in Lenk and Rawilstrasse
10.00 a.m. Judging by experts
Afterwards Presentation of the ring animals
3.00–3.30 p.m. Beauty contests & awards for "Beautiful Udder Cows"
4.00 p.m. Parades with decorated animals
8.00 p.m. Public breeder evening in the festival tent with Ländlerkompass (free admission)
