Discover Saillon's medieval-inspired garden with Natacha Junod, who helped renovate it in 2021. For an hour, let her guide you through the secrets of medieval plants, their uses and their adaptation to the climate. With its mix of history, botany and ancestral knowledge, this tour will plunge you into a fascinating universe. To prolong the experience, you'll be offered an herbal tea at the end of the tour.
