The traditional Christmas market, with its festive atmosphere, takes place on the church square in Thayngen.

Lots of homemade items and great Christmas gifts, the BUBU children’s theater, Christmas angels will be handing out small gifts to the children starting at 4 p.m., the Lohnemer Carousel offers free rides for the kids, mulled wine, food ranging from Asian cuisine to raclette, wine tastings, and various club stands around the Christmas market round out the offerings.
