The largest and longest open-air exhibition in north-western Switzerland is taking place for the fourth time this year. Artists present their works throughout the town of Waldenburg.

The largest and longest open-air exhibition of its kind in north-western Switzerland is taking place for the fourth time this year. Artists from Switzerland and abroad will be presenting their works throughout the town of Waldenburg for five months. The event invites visitors to experience art in all its many facets.

A total of 42 artists will be exhibiting over 100 works. The works on display range from sculptures and installations to video and light art, sound art, painting and graffiti. The works can be discovered on the streets, squares, fountains, alleyways, the sports field as well as in the church and even in the church tower. The Biennale thus transforms the town into a large open art gallery.
