For the third time since 1939 and 1974, the city of Zurich is hosting the big get-together of tradition lovers, the Federal Costume Festival. In addition to Sechseläuten, Street Parade, Knabenschiessen and the World Cycling Championships, the city on the River Limmat will welcome another major event this year. People in traditional costume from all cantons and language regions will present themselves with dance, song and music and invite the city and cantonal population of Zurich as well as guests from near and far to join in and celebrate. We, the people in traditional costume, are warm and open people and are happy to welcome you as visitors who want to attend our unique event as spectators.
