This hike is focused on the personal experience. The GeoGuide will show you geological, botanical and cultural contexts. Our hike begins in Laax Murschetg and leads via the treetop path to Falera to the megaliths. We pass the Laaxersee, discover the Laaxertobel, one of the largest still active erosion craters, and hike through a wide variety of forest types and biotopes, from the Mediterranean-style Erika pine forest to the Lag digl Oberst and very natural, extensively managed hedgerow landscapes.
Discover the diversity of this extraordinarily varied landscape and enjoy the panoramic view from the treetop path. At the end of the hike, you can visit cultural sights such as the megaliths of Falera, where you can mentally transport yourself back to the Bronze Age.
