Chestnut Festival

The highlight of “Chestnut Week” is the “Chestnut Festival” on October 18 at Casai in Campascio. A market featuring chestnut-based products and other local goods, brasché (chestnuts roasted over an open fire by the Marunat), guided tours through the woods, and a delicious lunch with the flavors of autumn make this charming traditional festival truly enchanting.
