Evenings with Vignes & Vins speakers at the Cave Clément Gay: September 4, November 12 at 7:00 p.m.

Three captivating evenings on the theme of vines and wine are organized at the Granges de la Cave de Clément Gay, at 7:00 pm.

Each evening brings together a specialist speaker who unveils the essential steps, from nursery to vineyard work and vinification. A tasty meal and wines from the winery complete this immersive experience.  

An ideal invitation to discover the secrets of the Valais terroir in a convivial atmosphere.

- Thursday, November 12 at 7:00 pm: Winemaking by Julien Fournier
