The wine festival is a free event which proposes various animations in different locations in Nyon, particulary in front of the castle.

The Vine Festival, created in 2011 by the Jeune Chambre Internationale de la Côte, aims to liven up the town of Nyon every year at the beginning of October. The event features free concerts, tastings of wines from the District of Nyon, a popular grape harvest at the Duche vineyard, breakfast on the castle esplanade, a walking rally through the town and plenty of food from local craftsmen and producers.
