The KlewenAlpFestival takes a break in 2025 and will take place every two years from 2026 - a new chapter for the legendary festival!

Last year, the KlewenAlpFestival reached an unparalleled high point in the festival's history with a magnificent world record of 1006 alphorn players. The success and the overwhelming response have encouraged us to continue working on the further development of the festival. The decision was therefore taken not to hold the KlewenAlpFestival in 2025. The next KlewenAlpFestival will take place on August 14-16, 2026 and we are already looking forward to it.
The principle of the folklore festival should remain; natural yodeling, Ländler music, alphorn and other Swiss folklore performances should continue to be an integral part of the KlewenAlpFestival.

The KlewenAlpFestival will remain a highlight in the folklore scene in the coming years, celebrating the unique culture of Switzerland in all its facets.
