The Valais – Martigny Media Library is pleased to invite the public to the opening of the exhibition *Estivages*. The Alpine Pasture Season in Switzerland by photographer Romano P. Riedo, which will take place on Thursday, June 25, at 6:00 p.m. A musical performance by Les Schlouteu is being organized in partnership with the Patois Foundation.

Focusing on how the alpine economy has left a lasting mark on the landscape, the exhibition highlights the work of Romano Riedo, a photographer intimately familiar with this environment, who has been exploring the Swiss alpine tradition for many years. His work, which has won numerous awards, is regularly featured in major exhibitions. A specialist in black-and-white photography, he presents here a quintessence of his work in a display specifically designed for the Dans l’Objectif space.

Taken throughout Switzerland, his images invite viewers to discover a fascinating world.
