Near the Eurovision Boulevard, the «POPup TEAclub» opens – Basel’s largest outdoor living room. Giant sofas made of colourful straw bales invite visitors to unwind. Take a seat, enjoy tea, and relax.

Not far from the Eurovision Boulevard, Basel's largest outdoor living room will be created on Theaterplatz during the ESC. Under the open sky, an oversized sofa landscape made of colourful straw bales provides a break from the many festivities surrounding the ESC. Here you can take a seat, let your legs dangle, drink a cup of tea, and relax.

The fragrant tea blend with pineapple, lavender, and coconut notes is sponsored by Chrüterhüsli Basel and served performatively by Theater Basel.

The «POPup TEAclub» is an initiative by the Theaterplatz-Quartier association in collaboration with the design studio Groenlandbasel. The seating landscape is made of straw bales wrapped in colourful silo film. The straw is sourced locally and will be sustainably repurposed after Eurovision Week.
