Concert with the Schwyzerörgelifrönde Pilatusblick

On the initiative of Beat Aebersold, our large formation Schwyzerörgelifrönde Pilatusblick was founded in Rothenburg in November 2009.
  
In 2011, 2015 and 2019 we took part in the federal folk music festivals in Chur, Aarau and Crans Montana.
In 2023, our participation in the Federal Folk Music Festival will take us to Bellinzona.
In 2013, our participation in the Swiss Large Formations Meeting took us as far as Geneva. Another highlight was our participation in the Swiss large ensemble meeting in Wattwil on September 9 and 10, 2017.
  
Our association currently consists of 14 members, the musical director Beat Aebersold and a substitute on bass.
  
Our repertoire has grown to 63 pieces. We practise these every Tuesday at our regular music rehearsals in Rothenburg.
  
Every year we go on an excursion and value good camaraderie, true to the motto: "Playing together is simply beautiful and fun!
