The public will also be able to discover and taste the specialties of our two guests of honor: Slovenia and the Vully region. A great opportunity to discover new flavors and their traditions.
A series of workshops will also be organized by appointment, led by experts such as raclette ambassador Eddy Baillifard, cured meat expert Fabian Molinari and wine specialist Johanna Dayer. These workshops offer the opportunity to deepen your knowledge of regional products and learn how to taste and pair them. An enriching and sensory experience that promises to delight the taste buds of the finest gourmets.
There is a special area for children (bric-a-brac, bouncy castle and syrup tasting). A fun and entertaining way for the youngest to discover the different products of the region.
