Switzerland Tourism, in collaboration with Monocle, is bringing the Culinary Grand Tour Market to the Kaufleuten in Zurich—featuring engaging talks, regional specialties, and personal encounters.

On 6 October 2026, the Kaufleuten will become the hub of the Swiss food scene for one evening: in partnership with Monocle, we are bringing together producers, the catering industry, winegrowers and craftspeople from across Switzerland at the Culinary Grand Tour Market.

🎤 To kick things off, Noah and Nico will talk about their latest discoveries on their travels. This will be followed by a panel discussion curated by Monocle, recorded for ‘The Entrepreneurs’ and moderated by Tom Edwards and Chandra Kurt. Together with Anne-Claire Schott, Georges Stähli, Beat Imhof, Pascal Löpfe and Silvio Germann, they will discuss the people and ideas shaping Swiss gastronomy today.  

🍷 And then the conversation moves beyond food: in the ballroom, the Culinary Grand Tour Market opens its stalls. Sample, discover and chat with the people behind the products – from wine and cheese to chocolate and other regional specialities.
