Public defender Thomas Naegeli is living the good life. He has an expensive apartment, a personal butler, and also generously supports his clients time and again. However, his income is not enough to sustain this lifestyle. Fortunately, he has a wealthy aunt who lives in distant India and sends money regularly.
To keep the money flowing, Naegeli has to pull some tricks and invents an entire family. The charade works well until the due check does not arrive, but the aunt shows up at the door instead. Where will Naegeli find a family so quickly now? And how will he get rid of the aunt?
