Winzerobig with Fadri Itin & Aron Candrian

Grotto Fläscher Bad, Fläsch

We bring winemakers to your table!

Immerse yourself in a world where wine and food merge into an unforgettable experience. Our unique atmosphere, nestled in the heart of the Hermann family vineyard, invites you to awaken your senses and enjoy the best of regional cuisine and exquisite wines.

What makes the Winzerobig so special is our philosophy of bringing the winemaker directly to your table. With us, you have the unique opportunity not only to taste the wines, but also to experience the stories and passion behind every drop. We believe in the value of dialog and focus on real interaction rather than just presenting you with a monologue about the wine.

Our goal is to offer you a holistic culinary experience that engages not only the palate, but also the heart and mind. We invite you to become part of our community, to exchange ideas with like-minded people and to discover new worlds of taste.

Enjoy the Winzerobig in the Grotto Fläscher Bad and let us take you on a journey through the world of wine and regional cuisine. We look forward to welcoming you and sharing unforgettable moments together.

Fadri Itin
As a trained winemaker, I have been working at Weingut Schloss Salenegg since 2018. In 2020, I was given the opportunity by my employer to buy grapes and make my own wine. Motivated, I seized the opportunity. From sprout to grape to cellar, a full program - a challenge. During my apprenticeship, the sound of birdsong accompanied me on my way to work. This imprint combined with my mother tongue, Romansh, led to the names of my wines. But more about that at the winegrower's evening in the grotto.

Aron Candrian
Ever since our family set up a wine project (mas cantrio - razzmatazz) in Priorat (Spain) in 2005, I have been bitten by the wine bug. From then on, I became more and more involved with the world of wine. I was particularly interested in natural viticulture and winemaking with as little intervention as possible. That's how I ended up planting a small vineyard in my home town of Sagogn in 2012. I chose the fungus-resistant white wine variety Solaris, which is easy to grow organically. The wine bears the Romansh name "resvegl" (revival) and goes to the supporters of the project. In 2015, my wife and I moved to Fläsch in the beautiful Bündner Herrschaft region. There was a small plot of land next to our house. As I became more and more enthusiastic about the Pinot Noir grape variety over the years, it naturally had to be planted on the plot. In 2020, I was able to acquire two more plots of old Pinot Noir vines in Jenins and Maienfeld. In 2022, I also created a vermouth from Pinot Noir wine and brandy, as well as wormwood, secret mountain herbs, saffron and exotic ingredients. In addition to the existing vineyards in Jenins, further vineyards and grapes from Malans and Fläsch were added in 2025. The largest leased vineyard is 0.6 hectares in Fläscher Halde. Thanks to the generous support of six investors, who are also wine lovers and friends, as well as numerous volunteers, I was able to set up a winery in Chur and found the new company VinAlpin.
