Two new exhibitions
Fondation Pierre Gianadda, Martigny
Léonard Gianadda, photoreporter & Léonard Gianadda and the Foundation
Léonard Gianadda, photojournalist
From 1953 to 1961, Léonard Gianadda traveled the world with a camera around his neck. This exhibition places you at his side, offering you the unique experience of experiencing these years through his inquisitive eyes.
Léonard Gianadda and the Foundation
On November 19 1978, Pierre's 40th birthday, the Fondation Pierre Gianadda was inaugurated. In this magnificent, emotionally-charged exhibition, experience 45 years of encounters, exhibitions and concerts alongside this ordinary man who became extraordinary.
You can also rediscover our emblematic exhibitions, which have been completely revamped:
- Leonardo da Vinci the Inventor
Over a hundred facsimiles and models illustrate the creative power of Leonardo da Vinci, painter and sculptor as well as engineer, architect, anatomist, watchmaker...
- Stained-glass windows by Hans Erni and Father Kim
The saga began in September 2011, when, at the request of the Protestant parish, Léonard Gianadda asked his friend Hans Erni to design a stained-glass window to adorn the chapel. Here, in an intimate setting, you'll find facsimiles of stained-glass windows by Hans Erni and Father Kim.
