Wir sind ein traditioneller Familienbetrieb, der sich im Laufe der Zeit stetig weiter entwickelt und verbessert hat.
Wir sind ein traditioneller Familienbetrieb, der sich im Laufe der Zeit stetig weiter entwickelt und verbessert hat. Unser Erfolgskonzept bleibt jedoch immer erhalten: Saisonale, frische, gesunde Produkte und bewusste Nachhaltigkeit.
Unser Ziel ist es, dem Kunden die feinen regionalen Produkte näher zu bringen. Dies erreichen wir, in dem wir zweimal wöchentlich in Gossau auf den Wochenmarkt gehen. Des Weiteren beliefern wir verschiedene Restaurants in der Umgebung mit unseren Köstlichkeiten.
