Historisches Holzofen Brotbackhaus, Flims Dorf

You will bring about 500g of already risen bread dough to the bakery. There, you just shape it, the all the loaves go together into the oven at 9am for about 45 minutes. The baking event takes place every morning of the full moon from December to April.
