“Chirchu-Poker”

Next November, Theater Leuk will be putting on our new project in the Children's Village in Leuk: “Chirchu-Poker” is the title of the comedy chosen by the Theater Leuk board. The board was able to engage Stefanie Ammann, an experienced professional, as director. After the premiere, we will then perform the play – which features six female and five male roles – nine more times.

This play by Bernd Gombold tells the story of a pastor who uses unconventional means to finance the renovation of the church. Lothar will rewrite the comedy in a Walliserdeutsche version and set the play in local circumstances.
