The availability of the carefully processed products characterizes the small but fine menu of the farm gastronomy. On it you will find not only classics of Swiss cuisine but also irresistible regional dishes as well as unique specialties of individual farm cafes and mountain restaurants. Cooking and baking is often done according to family recipes handed down for many generations - sometimes very traditional, sometimes with a modern twist.

Not just the fine delicacies, but also the ideal location of our mountain restaurants and many farm cafes ensure real sensory experiences - in the middle of nature, surrounded by meadows, and fields, by forests and majestic mountains. Add to this the incomparable ambience of the farmhouse parlor, the Spycher or the Schüür, which houses the farm's own restaurant. And in the warm summer months, our hosts and farmers are happy to entertain their guests in the secluded garden or on the sun terrace.

A unique feature that no Swiss restaurant can offer you is the direct relationship of our hosts to the ingredients used. No one knows their own produce better than our farmers and workers, who have tended their products for months from sowing to harvesting. They are also very familiar with intolerances and allergies and can competently advise guests in every respect.
