Der Tiroler Baustil des Hofs auf Engadiner Boden spielt charmant bis in die Küche.
Cullas da Vnà oder Capuns, Pizzokels mit Engadinerwurst, Käse- oder Speckköndel mit Salat oder Suppe, Kaiserschmarrn oder Cremeschnitte. Auf Wunsch auch exquisite á la Carte Gerichte, Wildspezialitäten und immer frische Patisserie und Kuchen. Regionale Weine, aus Fry Rhätien, importieren wir selber aus dem Veltlin.
