Together with the Hofgut Graf & Gräfin Oberhallau, the Weinkrone Hallau invites you to a culinary experience that combines regional cuisine and characterful wines in perfect harmony.

🥂 Apero - 6.00 pm
We warmly welcome our guests and serve a glass of Bricklebrit - a sparkling start to an enjoyable evening.

🍽️ Dinner - starts at 6.30 pm
A four-course menu, accompanied by selected wines from the Graf & Gräfin estate:

1st course
Venetian tomato soup
Accompanied by: "Juanito" / Johanniter (PIWI)

2nd course
Insalata mista - colorful, fresh salad in a parmesan basket
Served with: Müller-Thurgau

3rd course
Pollo alla cacciatora - hunter's style chicken
with gnocchi and vegetables
Served with your choice:
- Pinot Noir Barrique
- Cuvée "Selah" (Merlot, Prior, Pinot Noir)

Crostata di Fragole
