The Tourist Information Weggis sells fishing permits.

As in other lake resorts, a fundamental right to fish, free of charge, exists. No permit is required if fishing with a rod, simple hook, gloat and natural bait from the lake shore. All other forms of fishing require a permit which is available from the Tourist Information or the Boutique Robinson, Weggis.
